Initial Hypnotherapy session

1.5 hours $300

An initial hypnosis session begins with a discussion of your goals and how hypnosis can help. The practitioner will explain the process and answer any questions to ensure you feel comfortable. You’ll then be gently guided into a relaxed state where your mind is more receptive to positive suggestions tailored to your needs. You remain in control and aware throughout. After the session, we’ll discuss your experience and create a plan for future sessions if desired. This first session lays the foundation for meaningful, lasting change.

Subsequent Hypnotherapy session

1 hour $250

Subsequent hypnosis sessions build on the progress made during your initial session. Each session begins with a brief check-in to discuss any changes, insights, or challenges you’ve experienced. The practitioner will then guide you into a relaxed, focused state, using tailored techniques to reinforce positive suggestions and address your evolving goals. As you continue the process, you’ll deepen your ability to access your subconscious mind, fostering greater clarity, emotional balance, and lasting transformation. Each session is designed to support your ongoing journey toward personal growth and well-being.

6 Hypnotherapy Sessions

This package includes the initial hypnosis session and 5 subsequent sessions to follow.

Six hypnosis sessions are often considered the ideal number for success because they provide the necessary time and repetition to achieve lasting results. The subconscious mind typically responds best to gradual and consistent reinforcement of positive suggestions. During the first few sessions, clients become more familiar with the process and begin to experience initial shifts in mindset or behavior.

By the middle sessions, deeper work can take place, addressing root causes of issues and creating lasting changes in thought patterns, habits, or emotions. The final sessions help solidify these changes, ensuring they are well-integrated into daily life.
